Sydney, Australia – Indie rock quintet Dappled Cities releases their new single “That Sound” today. Within the first thirty seconds of listening to the track, I was immediately intrigued, especially when all the guitars came together. “That Sound” has such an interesting mix of modern indie rock and some elements inspired by 70s soft rock. One of the guitars interjects with slick chords but the overall melody of the song is what draws me the most. It kind of has dark indie rock roots but some of the singing and composition has 70s soft rock that really makes an interesting sound of the track. I love the different verses of the song and the closing bridge is something that’ll make you stay until the end of the track.

I am not real...or at least not who you think I am, merely a figment of my own imagination. If you stumbled upon this blog...I can only wonder how.
