Just a couple days ago, Shura shared a new recording of her song “Touch”, featuring some sick verses from Talib Kweli. I love the minimal electropop on the song and Kweli’s verses have such a nice rhythm to them. The rap also gives the track such a nice contrast. The animation in the video has this classic style to it too, like the black and white version of “Young Folks” by Peter Bjorn and John. It’s a pretty chill song so it’s perfect if you’re just trying to have a nice night in.

Shura will be releasing her debut album Nothing’s Real via Polydor.

I am not real...or at least not who you think I am, merely a figment of my own imagination. If you stumbled upon this blog...I can only wonder how.
