Pure X will be releasing their Angel album on April 1 (which is also the same release date for Mac DeMarco’s Salad Days). And with that, Pure X released their track “Heaven”, a very easy-breezy going track. It does remind me a bit of Real Estate’s music but less “tropical-y”, if that makes sense. I like the mellowness of the song and the energy is pretty lowkey and doesn’t get my heart racing, sort of similar to a sedative.
Pure X will be touring soon, some dates with Real Estate (how appropriate)! Unfortunately, the band won’t be hitting Los Angeles 😦
